I’ve been studying and practicing yoga and its philosophies as a Yoga Instructor. I believe Yoga can provide a roadmap for a happier life through physical exercise and mental relaxation.

My Classes

Designed For You

My yoga classes, in Finchley, offer a variety of modifications with a warm and relaxing environment, as well as ensuring that each student feels challenged. Most importantly, I would like all the students to have their own ‘me’ time during my yoga sessions.

 

Vinyasa Yoga links breathing and body movements with a continuous and smooth flow. By controlling your breathing while doing the different flow of motions, you can increase your physical activity level and strengthen the core. This helps rejuvenate the body and calms the mind.

About Me

As a Yoga instructor, I am passionate about helping students:

 

  • temporarily escape from their busy modern life and have even a few minutes of ‘me time’, not thinking about other things;

  •  just be aware of the breathing and feeling the body, as this rejuvenates the body and calms the mind;

  •  understand that Yoga is for everyone. I heard that lots of people say ‘I’m not good at yoga as I’m not flexible’. I would say that is wrong. Yoga is for everyone. Nothing is better or worse; and

  • to be centred on themselves only during the Yoga practice without comparing themselves with others.

 

I aim to provide classes with some modifications which meet each student’s needs and focus on offering precise alignment to obtain maximum benefit from the pose whilst avoiding injury.

​

I've completed a 200 hour teacher training course at Yoga London, Pregnancy Teacher Training by Nadia Narain at Triyoga and Yoga for Cancer Teacher Training by Vicky Fox at Triyoga. I regularly attend workshops to continually update my knowledge.
